Meet Dr. Despina Michailidis, ND

Welcome! I'm a naturopathic doctor with prescribing rights and in good standing with the College of Naturopaths of Ontario. I hold a Doctor of Naturopathy degree from the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine (CCNM) and an Honours Bachelor of Science in Biology with a Minor in Nutrition from the University of Guelph, where I was awarded the Bruce Sells Award of Academic Excellence in Biological Sciences.

Growing up, I was inspired by my father's medical background and my mother's love of organic foods and healthy cooking. Despite this, in university, I found myself burnt out and struggling to plan my life while dealing with endometriosis. I knew there was a better way and poured my heart into completing my naturopathic education. Thanks to my own experience with endometriosis, I’m a woman on a mission, fiercely passionate about supporting other women at the intersection of hormonal, digestive and inflammatory diseases (I have additional training in these areas). I can't wait to work with you!
